Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
At Axion AI Apps, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our applications handle your information.
Our Privacy-First Approach
All Axion AI Apps applications are built with a local-first architecture. This means:
- All data is stored locally on your device only
- We do not have servers or cloud storage
- Your data never leaves your device
- We cannot access, view, or retrieve your data
Information We Do Not Collect
Our applications do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Personal identification information
- Usage analytics or behavior data
- Device identifiers or location data
- Any data you enter into our applications
Data Storage
All data you create within our applications is stored exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage. The encryption keys are stored in your device's secure enclave (Keychain on iOS, Keystore on Android) and are never transmitted anywhere.
Biometric Authentication
Some of our applications support biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint). When you use biometric authentication:
- Biometric data is processed entirely by your device's operating system
- Our applications never access, store, or transmit biometric data
- We only receive a success or failure response from the operating system
Camera and Photo Library
Some applications may request access to your camera or photo library to attach images (such as receipt photos). These images are:
- Stored locally on your device only
- Never uploaded or transmitted anywhere
- Under your complete control to delete at any time
Data Export
Our applications may allow you to export your data as PDF or CSV files. These exports are generated locally on your device, and you control how and with whom you share them.
Third-Party Services
Our applications do not integrate with any third-party services that collect data. There are no:
- Analytics SDKs
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Social media integrations
Children's Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since our applications do not collect any personal information from any user, there is no children's data to protect.
Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over data retention. You can delete your data at any time by:
- Deleting individual records within the application
- Uninstalling the application (removes all app data)
- Using your device's storage management features
Regional Compliance
Because Axion AI Apps applications do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data — every interaction stays on your device — most data-protection regulations have minimal direct applicability to our applications. We nonetheless recognise the following frameworks and confirm the rights they grant our users:
- India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023): You have the right to access, correct, and erase any personal data that may be processed. Because we do not collect personal data, exercise of these rights typically requires only deleting application data on your device or uninstalling the application. Grievance contact: privacy@axionaiapps.com.
- European Union (GDPR): Articles 15–22 grant rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Because no personal data is collected by our applications, no servers hold your data, and no third-party processors are engaged, these rights are satisfied at the device level (uninstall removes all data permanently).
- California (CCPA / CPRA): California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale or sharing, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information; we do not collect any. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioural advertising.
- Brazil (LGPD): Articles 17–22 grant equivalent data subject rights. Same applicability as GDPR — satisfied at device level.
- United Kingdom (UK GDPR): Equivalent rights to EU GDPR.
If you believe our applications are not honouring these rights or have concerns about how we describe our practices, contact privacy@axionaiapps.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
