The short version: PlateCheck analyzes food images entirely on your device using on-device AI. No photos, nutrition data, or personal information is ever transmitted to Axion AI or any third-party server.

Axion AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") built PlateCheck to run entirely on your device. This privacy policy explains what information the app accesses, how it uses that information, and how your data stays under your control.

2. On-Device Processing

All food image analysis happens entirely on your device using a TFLite machine learning model. No internet connection is required. Your photos never leave your phone.

PlateCheck does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.

4. Children's Privacy

PlateCheck is designed for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone — all data stays on your device.

5. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control:

Access & deletion: Clear all data from Settings, or uninstall to remove everything

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as PlateCheck evolves. We will post the updated policy at this URL and update the effective date.
