MyClinicalTrials is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, or paid features of any kind in this version.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MyClinicalTrials, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

MyClinicalTrials is a free mobile application published by Axion AI LLC that helps users find clinical trials on ClinicalTrials.gov and understand medical consent forms in plain language. All core functionality operates on your device. No user account is required.

3. No In-App Purchases

MyClinicalTrials does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, virtual currency, or any paid features. The app is entirely free. This may change in future versions; any future paid features will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

4. No Advertising

MyClinicalTrials does not display advertisements and does not integrate any advertising SDK.

5. Medical Disclaimer

MyClinicalTrials is for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical trial eligibility assessments are matched against publicly available criteria on your device — they are not medical determinations. Consent form translations are provided to aid understanding only and are not a substitute for professional legal or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before joining any clinical trial. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

6. Clinical Trial Data

MyClinicalTrials queries the public ClinicalTrials.gov API (operated by the U.S. National Library of Medicine) to retrieve trial listings. This request includes your search term and selected country. No personal identifiers are sent. The NLM privacy policy applies to these requests.

7. Privacy

MyClinicalTrials does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers. All data is stored locally on your device. Please review our full Privacy Policy before using the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and assets within MyClinicalTrials are the property of Axion AI LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axion AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyClinicalTrials. Because MyClinicalTrials is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $0.
